I have successfully divorced my narcissist husband and moved back to the UK.

 The court ordered he could continue living in the house but was to pay the mortgage until it was sold then I was to have 50% plus owed maintenance/ some court costs and compensation for half the contents. This suited me since I cannot afford the massive mortgages (he borrowed against the house and got into major debt).
However the feedback from the realtor is that the house smells so badly of smoke viewers are being put off. 

Ex H  is doing this deliberately because he does not want to sell the house ( he argued with the judge over this).  He owns a small store and never smokes in there. He believes he should keep everything. Is there anything I can do about the smoking? Has anyone here had similar problems and did they find  away to combat it?
I would appreciate any advice - I don't want to keep using  the lawyer. Its cost me a fortune so far.
